FAQs

1. Where do Seahorse Cruises depart from?

All our cruises — Gozo & Comino Tour, Comino Cruise, and Sunset Cruise — depart from Bugibba Jetty in Malta. Boarding closes 15–30 minutes before departure, so please arrive early to secure your place on board.

  • Gozo & Comino Tour: 10:30 am – 5:00 pm (6.5 hours)

  • Comino Day Cruise: 10:30 am – 5:00 pm (6.5 hours)

  • Sunset Cruise: 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm (4 hours)

Yes. From May 2025, the Maltese government requires a free QR code landing pass to step on land at Comino’s Blue Lagoon.

✅ No QR code is needed if you stay on the boat.

👉 You can get your free pass online before your trip.

We recommend:

  • Swimwear, towel, and sunscreen

  • Comfortable shoes and a sun hat

  • Cash (for drinks, snacks, or snorkel mask deposit)

  • A camera for the stunning views!

Yes — all our boats have a bar serving snacks, drinks, and light meals. Please note that outside food, drinks, and coolers are not allowed.

Snorkeling masks are available on all cruises with a €10 refundable deposit. You can swim, snorkel, or use the diving platform directly from the boat.

Yes. All our boats are equipped with:

  • Sun deck and shaded seating

  • Toilets and freshwater showers

  • Easy access ladders and a diving platform

Absolutely. Families with children are welcome. The Blue Lagoon’s shallow turquoise waters are great for supervised swimming, and there are shaded areas on board for kids to rest.

At the moment, only cash payments are accepted on board. Please bring enough cash for food, drinks, or snorkelling deposits.

For your safety, the captain may adjust routes, timings, or cancel the cruise depending on weather and sea conditions. If your trip is cancelled, you’ll be offered another date or a refund.

Large luggage or coolers are not permitted. Small backpacks or handbags are fine.

We’re a local, family-owned company based in Bugibba. Our cruises are spacious, not overcrowded, with a relaxed atmosphere, personal service, and the best balance of sightseeing and swimming.
